Please double check your shipping address! Shipping fees will not be refunded on packages that are returned to us by the shipper due to insufficient, incorrect, or invalid shipping address.
WE Games ships within 1-3 business days from the time the order is received. Please add this to the in-transit time.
We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEX based on geographic region, rates and ship times.
A tracking number is provided upon shipment to the email provided upon purchase.

Please note there may be customs, duties, VAT, or other taxes due upon delivery of orders that are shipped OUTSIDE of the United States. The recipient of the package is solely responsible for the payment of these fees.
