RETURNS POLICY RETAIL Customers
Returns:
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us via email at cs@woodexpressions.com within 7 days from the time the package is received. We will send a replacement at our cost with proof of purchase.
- If a package is marked DELIVERED by carrier but is not received, please notify us by email at cs@woodexpressions.com immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is marked DELIVERED so we may assist in resolving the delivery delay.
- Undamaged/unused products may be returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund. The original shipping fees are not refunded.
- Undamaged/unused products, purchased in November or December, may be returned within 45 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund less the original shipping charges.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
- We do not charge a restocking or repackaging fee on returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within one week from receipt of the return.
- Customized/Laser Engraved/ or Personalized items cannot be returned as they are permanently altered and cannot be resold.
