- WE Games believes in the quality of our games and stands fully behind our products.
- If the customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify WE Games via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is received, and we will send a replacement at our cost.
- Undamaged/unused products, purchased in November or December, may be returned within 45 days from the customer's receipt of the product for an exchange or refund less the original shipping charges.
- All other undamaged/unused products returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product and will be refunded less the original shipping charges.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customized/Laser Engraved/ or Personalized items cannot be returned.
WE Games may charge a 15% restocking/repackaging fee.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging in accordance with UPS insurance terms and conditions. UPS may inspect damaged packaging if necessary.
- Refunds are typically processed within one week from when the package is returned to us.
- You will receive a confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
- Please email us for a return address. Be sure to include details regarding reason for returning items.
